Overview
Positive Affirmation AI does not require an account. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or use your information for third-party advertising.
App analytics and Apple Ads measurement
Google Analytics for Firebase may process an app-instance identifier, general location derived from IP address, device and app information, screens viewed, interactions, sessions, diagnostics, and purchase events. Apple AdServices attribution helps us understand whether an installation came from an Apple Ads campaign. We do not include custom affirmation text, personal context, topic names, or category names in analytics events, and the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
Subscriptions and purchases
Apple processes payments. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, receipts, purchase history, subscription status, product identifiers, locale, device type, operating system, and app version to unlock Premium, restore purchases, and measure subscription performance. We do not receive payment card details.
Reminders and data on your device
Favorites, recent and custom affirmations, language, reminder schedule, streak, and daily practice state are stored locally on your device. Morning, midday, and evening reminders are scheduled locally. If you enable notifications, Firebase Messaging may process an APNs token, installation identifier, device information, language, time zone, and limited delivery diagnostics.
AI-generated affirmations
When you request custom affirmations, the topic, tone, focus areas, language, and optional personal context are sent to our Firebase-hosted backend and processed by OpenAI. Since July 30, 2026, new requests and generated results are not saved in our server-side app database after the response is returned. A limited number of legacy records from earlier versions may remain while they are reviewed for secure deletion. Service providers may temporarily retain request data for security and abuse prevention under their own policies.
Website analytics
Website analytics remain disabled unless you choose Allow analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics may process page views, App Store button clicks, browser and device information, approximate location, and campaign parameters. We use this information to understand whether the website helps people find the app. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed from this page.
Providers and retention
Apple, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, and OpenAI process information only as needed for the purposes described above. Provider records are retained under our configured settings and as needed for security, accounting, purchase restoration, and legal obligations. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Your choices, children, and contact
You can disable reminders in the app or iOS Settings and remove local app data by uninstalling the app. Positive Affirmation AI is not directed to children under 13. For privacy questions or requests, email stservices.app@gmail.com.
